knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Agent I spoke to was friendly and informative. Gave honest feedback about what we'd likely get for the property either as cash buy now (20-30% less) but realistic about what we'd get within next month if a buyer was found. There was a slight misrepresentation of where our property for sale actually sits on rightmove as when I checked it was not 184 pages down on listing - that may have been without filters, but when price range and bed numbers set, our property currently with another agent appeared on first page albeit a couple scrolls down!
