Overpriced planetary banjo pegs are awful.
These tuning pegs are the same garbage they have for $15 on Amazon but for $70. The gears barely work and jam up when rotated under tension, some of them won't even stay tight. I feel absolutely ripped off, and I'm sure I could return them but I already reamed out my banjo and installed them. Customer service was helpful however in refunding me 125% and letting me keep the pegs, which is a nice gesture, however I will be extremely cautious spending my voucher and will never buy from them again. There are so many shady internet vendors with 'stellar' reviews you only get to rip me off once. They get two stars because customer service was quick and made things right.
