The Home Telecom Sales Representative, Mark *****, was very prompt, and professional in response to my broadband switching enquiry.. He ran through their available bb provider packages, and we quickly identified my most suitable package. All the other required details were collected, and were sent to me in contract form by email while I was still on the phone, so allowing me to review the contract documents.
