View from the other side
I recently dealt with Paul on a property purchase for one of my clients where Paul was acting for the seller. It was hoped that the sale would go through before the deadline for changes in stamp duty which was always going to be a close call. Throughout the process Paul was always available, he was helpful, he got problems sorted out quickly and without fuss. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul to deal with and if he was unable to resolve the problem he would always make helpful alternative suggestions. It was a pleasure working with Paul to try and get the transaction completed in a tight timeframe. I have no doubt that Paul will do whatever he can to help his clients and that is exactly what I would want in an agent.
