Estelle made the whole experience less stressful. She was kind, sympathetic and resourceful during the call and explained all the relevant information to me along with the next steps. After the call I felt well informed and prepared. She listened and was patient when having to re-explain things I didn’t understand. Glad to have spoken with her.
