Poor Communication

I had problems communicating with Motorcycle Shippers, as I wanted to drop off at the local terminal, but they didn't want to give me the phone number to schedule it. It took numerous e-mails and phone calls to finally get the number. I also learned that Motorcycle Shippers sub contracts to moving companies. instead of self-performing the motorcycle move, as they advertise. My bike arrived in the same condition as when it was picked up, but the frustrating communication, and unfamiliar movers picking up my bike affected my rating.
