Call was punctual at the agreed upon time. The agent (Ali) was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Often gave the info of being recorded. The call back about acceptance was very timely, faster than I expected. Gave all pertinent information and advised that the paperwork should arrive in the next couple of weeks.
