You take a risk with Hello Services
Unfortunately a poor deep cleaning service that cost a lot of money. I rated a very generous 3 star initially direct to the Company but want to put a review on Trust Pilot as it was not on here. My complaint was detailed to Hello Services, including cleaners being more than half an hour late (couldn’t find my house), cleaning/vacuuming round things instead of moving them (items not too heavy to be moved), then not given chance to check before they left in a hurry to go “to another job”. They were in my 3 bed bungalow less than 2 hours. (My own cleaning lady spends 2 hours when she comes and does a better job.) I expected more from a ‘deep clean’, attending to areas that my regular cleaner doesn’t do, prior to putting my bungalow up for sale. The Company offered to send the cleaners back to remedy the areas not cleaned if I sent photos as evidence. As I have some mobility difficulties I said I could not climb ladders or squat down to get photos, plus there would have been numerous photos to take. They then closed the case and offered a 5% discount for a future service - which I will not be taking up! I took a chance with this Company as I had read good and poor reviews. Maybe it depends where you live and which cleaners come. If there are repeated poor reviews for the same cleaners in a particular area, the Company needs to investigate this.
