Info to be aware of if withdrawing larger amounts

I don’t think I will put $1 on power play again. I love the games. Usually the withdrawal is quick. But this is the 3rd time I’m having an issue to withdrawal a larger amount. If you want to withdraw $500 it will come fast. But if it’s $3000 your waiting days. Every single day I’m contacting support asking what’s with the hold up. Their website says 0-4 hours for withdrawal yet I’m waiting several days. Every single person tells me they will contact the payment team and NOTHING gets done. They help in no way. I’m waiting 1 more day and then I’m contacting the better business bureau. How can you advertise about fast withdrawals and not actually do what you say? And then the customer service brushes you off every time you contact them. All you get is “sorry”. I’m totally fed up. There are so many gaming websites out now. So why go through all this hassle with power play. I’ve been with them for several years and was so loyal to them. I’m supposed to be VIP, yet I’m being treated like garbage. UPDATE Someone finally explained to me that with larger winnings they need time to verify the winnings before they can process the withdrawal. I would have totally been ok with that if I was explained this the first time I contacted support. I’m hoping power play will state this on their website as well for other players that may experience the same thing. Tiffany from powerplay reached out to me and offered a sincere apology and credited me $50 to my powerplay account to make up for the experience. Thank you for your efforts Tiffany.
