I have mixed reviews on Access Training, but overall the good outweighs the bad. Can't fault the staff or tutors as I found them very knowledgeable and patient, especially Callum and Paul at Edenbridge. However, I feel that when I spoke to the salesperson, the whole process was not fully explained and there are a lot of extra steps and processes that were not mentioned which adds a lot of time to getting your qualification. Also the availability on Exams, practical training and assessments ext could be better as sometimes you have to wait weeks for a slot. I am doing this course while I am doing a full time job as I wanted to do a career change so it has been difficult for me to juggle the 2, but that is on me. With regards to resolving issues, I have found the admin team helpful and they have sorted things out for me. You will need to put in the effort for this course, nothing good comes easy which the tutors do tell you
