AVOID (if possible)
I was enjoying my rental property until Quinovic took over as property managers 6months ago...my hot water cylinder was leaking that whole six months, they did nothing until last week, after I had no hot water for a few days. It has also been raining inside this whole time, every time I bring it up, they say they'll send someone out to fix the leak, but never have. It reeks of mould now because they've left the leaks so long, no doubt making the eventual repair job considerably more expensive for the owners. It looks like I'm either going to have to go to tenancy tribunal to make them do bare minimum maintenance and/or move, no doubt the flat would be empty for months (like the flat upstairs was shortly after Quinovic took over) if i move out because they're trying to charge above average rent for below average rentals with indoor rain lol This is not everything they did poorly, it's a pattern. All of the trades people that come inside are horrified it's so poorly set up and (not)maintained
