No product / refund after 3 months ( stay away )

Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. First let me provide my order number Order number #2802379620 Tracking number 5S-DMF1BIS. and my history. possibly someone will respond to this. May 6th: Ordered product and shipped. May27th: Listed as Out for Delivery. June 1st: Contacted told to call for faster service was no help and refused a refund I requested till after an "investigation". June 6th: Contacted CS case sent to management June 8th: Escalated to Corporate. Refused refund. June27th: Insured someone is working on this. July18th: Case sent to management... ( again ) July26th: Second escalation to management again promised a return contact in 1-3 business days. It is now Aug 6th, no product, Tracking is still listed as out for delivery. and nobody ever contacted me back with any resolution. Stay far, far away from them. Here is the latest response from today, 8/7/22. "Hello, Unfortunately I do not see a update on your account yet and support does have to have a manager to assist with this issue. Thank You" What ?????????????
