DO NOT TRUST THIS LANDLORD
DO NOT TRUST THIS LANDLORD. He will rip you off. Not only are his properties wholly overpriced for their location and quality (in my property most of the handiwork was done by the landlord himself - we found a lot of loose nails and other health hazards), at the end of our tenancy each tenant was charged over £30 for "Preparing and scheduling of work". This didn't include unnecessary cleaning charges on top of that. Huge rip off aimed at naive students.
