This whole process went so well.
This whole process went so well I could not believe it. I inherited a 1991 car that had not moved in years, maybe decades. I tried to work with dmv to change title but to no avail. Someone suggested kars 4 kids and this solved my whole problem and got an old car off the streets. The tow truck driver was so kind and helpful and even took care of this while I was out of town.
