Review for PC Builder UK I recently purchased a new PC from PC Builder UK. The computer itself and the support from PC Specialist were very good. The verbal customer service had some flaws — it was accurate and somewhat friendly, but could definitely be improved (for example, being open on Sundays would help). The graphics card unfortunately arrived broken, likely due to shipping. I would have preferred a full replacement PC, but because of the delivery time, I opted instead for a replacement graphics card. Their engineers patiently talked me through the installation. While they were helpful overall, I think they could provide a bit more detailed guidance for customers who are new to graphics card installation. The company responsible for the setup service was far less satisfactory. As of writing, they still haven’t come out. They were supposed to call me the week before delivery to arrange a day, but never did. When I called them the day after my PC arrived, they initially had no record of my order. When they eventually rang back, they offered only a very limited selection of setup dates, most of which clashed with my work schedule. Overall: The PC and support from PC Specialist were solid, but the third-party setup service was poor. I’d recommend the PC itself, but be prepared for possible frustration with the
