I learned a lot and am very impressed with the level of true dedication to customer service this company provides- they weren’t just trying to sell. Also, the fact components are made in the USA and meet high certification standards was a reason for the purchase. A suggestion to emphasize this certification and details more prominently on the website for people who seek this information out for comparison to other RO products.
