Broken combi oven
The engineer was superb but we had to wait10 days for the visit which was an under warranty repair. The call team had also not taken down details accurately, informing the engineer that only the microwave wasn't working rather than the whole unit. Ben was able to carry out the repair as he had additional parts with him and we were very pleased with the work he did.
