Flight was ok but upcharging for not…
Flight was ok but upcharging for not checking in be very wary and prepare to pay £20 extra, I tried to booking online many times but was still given the same message which I screenshot it and showed at the check-in desk still not good enough had to pay the extra £20. I completed the online form four weeks ago. I still haven’t heard nothing back. Very poor customer service will not use again.
