Live chat experience but they charge you
Just be aware you can't talk to a customer adviser on the phone unless your making a claim.. I had to change a vehicle & had to do it through the portal, but I couldn't do it as the new car wasn't recognised, so I had to live chat .. but be aware as they charge you!! & it was very slow...i chatted with JC6 who was helpful but was trying to sell me a upgrade on my policy, it would have been better if I could have spoken to a person
