They are nothing good
do not rent with them or you will only lose money. It does not matter if you are a good tenant and comply with all the steps of the contract, they still will not return it to you. They take your deposit and charge you fees. They never answer emails NEVER. They never help. They don’t care if your neighbours which are their customers are stealing from you (they did not care and they don’t do anything about it). When they answer calls they tell you that they will call you back and that never happens! Then the thief landlord say that they are busy but reading all the reviews it is clear! They are not busy, They don’t work. The landlord will not care about you, just money. We left the property before the end of our agreement and we gave him the notice. The next steps were showing the studio to potencial tenants that want to rent it for at least 6 months (this is what the contract says). We did and he did not accept them because of their nationality (which is not in the contract and is illegal). He also said that he can’t accept people that lived in UK over 2 years when he rented to us that are here over 2 years. People you have to report him as we are going to do today because he did not give my deposit back. A lot of people had similar experiences as you can see in other reviews, but we have to do something about it so it stops!
