Less than 50% refund for Cancellation due to Covid 19
BEWARE: Tried to call Just Travel many times to cancel my travel insurance due to holiday being cancelled due to Covid 19. Could not get them on the phone eventually got them on their live chat. They referred it to the underwriters and are given a refund of less than 50% paid (i.e. no refund on the tax). All other parties who had travel insurance with other companies got a full refund. Not a good service from Just Travel/their underwriters so bear this in mind when you take out travel insurance in the future.
