I have been a part of FormHealth since 1/2025
I have been a part of FormHealth since January 2025. It is part of my employer paid health insurance since I am taking a GLP1 medication. I like meeting with my team which consists of a dietician, nurse practitioner and MD. I have the app which is mediocre at best. it is very simple. The scale you get when you sign up from the program transfers your weights into the app which is nice but the problem is, the app does not allow you to look back at your previous weights. It only supplies you with your last weight. It would be nice to be able to look back at all of your weights that have been entered. Other than using the app for weight tracking, I do not use it otherwise.
