First order very poor and unprofessional, Had to be cancelled.$$
Had made a order as a first time customer, costing close to 80 dollars including shipping, With one main colour for all but 3 parts, a standard black colour for the second,and for the other 2 I selected purple, All good, billed and paid.I recieve an email, telling me their is a technical fault with my order, I though perhaps I made a mistake in the order, and quickly contacted support.Support replied quickly , letting me know I had not made a mistake, that "" The manufacturer didn't accept the order and left the following message "It is not economical to change color twice in order to print the two small parts""I would need to apply and additional charge of $15 to cover clean down of the machines and additional set up for the material changes".Pity I paid extra for the selections I made, and was billed in total for(and had paid by paypal), only to be asked to pay extra on top in order for the operator to clean the printer between filament changes?And set up the change?I understand different orders will take extra minutes, depending on the the selections made, though it is very unprofessional to retro charge for something as you deem it uneconomical, and have the cheek to try and charge 15 for a "clean down" and spool change.Unless you have an all part inclusive colour, avoid Treatstock.Even then, I would still wonder if you will be charged for a clean down.....
