Hello! Well I had to do this survey some couple of days ago but I just want to mentioned Miss Dayana from the second floor of the Michaels on Alton Road. She was AWESOME! It was my first time on Michael’s and she helped me a lot also she was caring so much about my needs and question! I went another day for return some things and the staff was not the same. She is unique. A lot of people have to lear how costumer service and empathy works and Dayana for sure did it! Please give her a best recognition for this. Thank you so much Dayana!
