I recently rented an industrial hoover, needing reliable equipment for a job. When I got it home, though, it didn’t work at all. I returned it the next day, explaining that the hoover was faulty from the start and that I expected a refund since it hadn’t been usable. Instead of understanding, the staff seemed to imply that I was just trying to avoid paying after using it, which couldn’t have been further from the truth. They ultimately refused to refund me, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket for equipment that didn’t work. Disappointing experience all around.
