Quicker and easier than a GP visit, completely free!
I knew exactly what I needed (repeat prescriptions), but I'd left it a bit late to book an appointment with my GP (it's now over a month's wait for an appointment with him), so I thought I'd give this a go. Initially, I was dubious about it being fully bulk-billed, but they didn't even take any payment information. Their AI chatbot asked a few basic questions about the nature of my appointment, then I got a call from a doctor about 45 minutes later. A quick 5 minute chat, then I received the QR codes for my prescriptions within seconds of hanging up. It's like going to see a GP, but with no anxiety, no hanging out with sick people in a waiting room, and no "gap payment" at the end of it. I wish I'd discovered this site a long time ago!
