Helpful Trent
I spoke with Trent, who was very courteous and helpful. I have only been with OVO for 6 months, and didn’t understand why even though my account is always showing in Credit, but $130 is still being deducted monthly as direct debit. He explained that I am using less per month than estimated, and why that was. He kindly reduced my estimated rate and said it could be reviewed again in 3 months to see if that amount is closer to what I actually use. I found that very helpful and am happy with the outcome.
