My order is still pending from November 25. I've been asked to wait till this merchant can be reimbursed by insurance before they will consider refunding me for undelivered goods. Take your business elsewhere. This company ships via airmail which is not traceable. Poor costumer service. Use [external reference], they ship fast and have great prices.
