Atrocious customer service
Ordered two tea cups and a pack of silver needle. Waited forever for the order to arrive, then noticed that they sent me a pack of nail clippers instead of what I ordered. Customer service first denied it being their fault, then made me take picture after picture, in order for them to get a refund for the nail clippers from the post. They didn’t seem very concerned about sending my order again, claimed they sent it but it got lost, but never gave me a tracking number or anything, so that was probably a lie. And only sent it again after the third time of me asking for it. When it finally arrived, the tea cups weren’t as nice as they seemed on their website and the silver needle was drinkable at best. Would not recommend.
