It's a great company model
It's a great company model. People need help with things, and they've got helpers. It's very helpful. It doesn't get all 5 stars because I (and others) have had issues with their app and their messaging system via desktop, and it seems like it's been going on for years. If they get a solid tech teach to fix these issues, then 5 stars is in order.
