Not the best experience of a training provider
Problems receiving my certification and frustrating generic responses from customer service have resulted in my review. It took for the manager to get involved to rectify my previous poor customer service experience. Once the manager Nick got involved, explanations and dialogue was much more straightforward, which should have been the case from the start. Overall wait time on an SSSTS certificate are extremely poor, in excess of 4 weeks. CITB need to speed up certification issue, the rule of thumb of around 4 weeks is no use.
