Bought two sims to use in Canada
Bought two sims to use in Canada. One QR code for one of us worked, the other didnt. Used Chat Bot for help who went silent on me.... the used the much vaunted 24 hr WhatsApp - and after an hour still no contact. Update: since making my initial review I was contacted and my sim then was able to be activate the next day. However arriving in Canada my partners sim did not work. We contacted support and within 3 hours he was online. I think to purchase 2 sims and have issues on both is a problem. Yes it was received but added stress to our trip. I’ve changed my rating to 3 stars because of these issues.
