I have never used this app since 2018. Out of nowhere, last week May 2024. I was charged in my card! I am not even financially stable to be falling victim to this trap. i am paying for my mom's expensive healthcare but they don't care and they refused to refund me. No reminders of an upcoming subscription renewal. I have not even received any sort of email from them since 2018. NOT EVEN A RECEIPT ISSUED. No reminders of an upcoming charge, Just a sly, cheap trick of renewing behind your back and they will gaslight you that you may have not been reading the terms when you signed up for this free service. It's like teasing you with "that's how we get ya"
