very poor
very slow at marking work, I waited 12 weeks for a 4-page resubmission to be marked, only to receive a reply saying they saw "no clear amendments", which is completely ridiculous considering the resubmission is 1000 words longer than the initial submission. They are now asking me to highlight every word I changed so they can see the amendments. Completely ridiculous.
