Firstly, i apreciate the speedy response i received when there was an issue. That said communication is key. Also the company will try to accomodate you whether its price or better viewing. Happy with the crispness of 4k viewing unlike other companies where it looks sd quality. My only concern is price, thats affecting our budget.
