Very good selction of different products. Good service and overall fast and good delivery. However the bonus point system should be different, when you pay for the extra percentage of discount you lose bonus point with every purchase. If you pay for extra discount you should not lose extra point with every purchase. Because there is already a lose of point that expire after a certain amount of time, which means when you purchase the extra discount you lose twice bonus point at the moment. Our dogs and us are overall very satisfied with Zooplus.
