Appalling customer service
Beyond disgraceful! Purchased a cup of tea from Greggs drive through frontier park services in Blackburn on 14th April. The assistant overfilled the cup and handed it to me through the window. Upon contact with the cup, it opened up and spilled over my clothing and car. Due to it being hot, it penetrated through my leggings, causing a burn. No assistance offered till I got out of the vehicle and requested it. Upon reporting it to head office, they were oblivious of the incident as nothing had been logged by their staff members. After 2 months of repeated conversations, and images of the burn, the outcome was highly disappointing as Greggs accepted no responsibility for the incident and simply advised that I needed to go through their insurance company for any compensation. There are many more outlets for beverages so please avoid, as any negative experience will result in them absolving themselves of any responsibility and causing immeasurable stress and damage to the customer.
