Downgraded....pay more got less!
I hired a car for almost the whole of August. I paid for a compact car and I was given a Nissan Micra (lowest spec possible - ie cranks for the windows in a 2020-2021 model....) I mentioned this multiple times...they tried to convince me that this was the right car and when finally accepted that it was not they told me that because it had 5 doors (instead of the 3 door I paid for) it was not considered a downgrade! I found the response 'interesting' and decided not worth pursuing further...just avoid them for now on..
