Pay rent and keep quiet

Frankly James were welcoming at the beginning of our tenancy but this is where their professionalism ends. Once they get you to sign a tenancy agreement, it’s better if you don’t ask any questions but keep paying (high) rent. They will hold your deposit which means that they have leverage and will use it to squeeze every penny. Please avoid this letting agent at all cost!
