Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support, I paid Saturday delivery which were £8 to get an outfit for an event. Dpd driver decided to dump it in a communal stairwell in the delivery picture, instead of knock my door, it weren’t there by the time I checked. contact pink boutique about the issue and they said to me to go chase it up with dpd. no I’m your customer you’ve inconvenienced me enough already I have no outfit for my event tonight, I’m out of pocket and have no choice but to repurchase a new outfit from a shop in town if I can find something I like. I’m not chasing after nothing!! You deal with it you should have insurance that covers your business for stuff like this. Anyway I won’t be ordering from here again if this is the treatment I’m going to receive Update: after contacting pink boutique about this issue and requesting a refund as I were ignored after the second email I sent to them they’ve now re-sent me out the items I had originally ordered, which I now no longer require! As I had to go buy a new outfit in town to wear for sat evening last weekend. so they’ve ignored my refund request, gave me no response email back, we had not agreed to re sent me the items out I weren’t given no option for a refund or a replacement you just went ahead and sent me items to force me to have them. I don’t no longer require them so if someone can respond to my email with a return address and send me a return slip that would be ideal as conveniently there’s no return slip in this package. And I’d like my full refund of £63.97 please!
