Upgrow.com: A Nightmare of Non-Existent Support and Unfulfilled Promises
I’m posting this review again after I deleted my previous one. I was promised responsive support through both chat and email by Upgrow via their Trustpilot response. Well, here I am 10 days later, still stuck with no working link for their support page. What a joke. Here’s my experience: Upgrow’s support is a black hole. No replies, chat support is non-functional, and emails? Forget it; they never respond. But don’t worry; they’re quick to reply to your reviews. I reached out on May 19, 2025, to have my campaign location settings updated. It's now May 28, and I’m still waiting for a response. After only 5 days of bot-driven, subpar service, I requested a refund, fully expecting to receive it within the 7-day policy window. Spoiler alert: No reply, no refund of Invoice #90016915, Dated May 18, 2025, of $69.00 (USD). And let’s talk about deleting your Instagram ID. Once it’s linked, you’ll need to contact them to have it removed. I requested this on May 22, 2025, and guess what? No response. So, Upgrow, please enlighten me—what's the real way to contact support? Does it even exist? How do I get my refund?
