Exceptional service but slow refund.
It's taking a long time to issue my refund for a faulty product. MediSupplies blame postal delays in returning the faulty item but at least it is free. In all other respects MediSupplies is exceptional. Product arrived next day with standard postage, well packed. My complaint that it didn't work was handled both sympathetically and sensibly. An alternative model was instantly despatched and clear instructions given for the return of the faulty one. I could not have asked for better handling.
