I first ordered my sim in May 2020 and i didn't get anything in the post , I just put it down to Covid 19 as we were in Lockdown at the time . I then reordered another sim in September and still didn't arrive after the week deadline . I was then told to reorder another sim so i placed another order and reorder again and it finally arrived a few weeks later . I sent in a complaint but i feel it was not answered fully and only gave me little information i didnt already know about . I decided to activate the sim on Sat 14th November and it was no problem , i had to put in the APN settings manually just so they match what is on the 48 website . Speed of Data is good , i am on 4g most of the time . Porting was good ,my number was on sim same day but my other network provider was still active with same number but it sorted the next day . Can make and receive calls , texts and data . Price is good but the question remains if i need to reorder a sim card if it goes faulty how long would i need to wait for a new one ?
