Great experience thanks to Joanne
Joanne was really helpful, attentive and frankly just really nice! I found the way the entire trip was all put into the app with all the information about each step clearly put in made travelling very much easier. Jo also went out of her way to help when my son lost his favourite toy in one of the hotels!
