If I could give 0 stars I would. Anglian water have been an absolute nightmare ever since moving unto our new house. We had a water meter fitted and during the fitting the engineer said 'keep an eye on the readings and let us know if it doesn't look right as it's hard to tell what house is yours'. When our bill arrived it was way over our normal useage so we called to raise this issue. We had our own plumber, plus anglian water back out and both agreed the water meter had been placed in the wrong location and was reading for next doors house. This meant we were paying for a family of five's water instead of our own two person useage. Since then we have been in constant contact trying to get anglian water to fix the meter and they keep delaying. It took four attempts before someone 'changed' the meter, but it is still in the exact same location, even though we were told it would need to be moved inside the house. Our bill is now being flagged as overdue and it alread over double what we would previously pay for the whole year in just six months. It's absolutely ridiculous at this point and evertime we call we seem to be getting no-where.
