The support staff are very helpful but…
The support staff are very helpful but the issue (I think) is the lack of resources/investment put in by the owners. We cannot move beyond mysql 5.5.5 for our wordpress site. Many other hosts are offering up to v8. Our plugins require 5.7 or above. We will be in a situation where our website won't function. It's such a shame and I think we need to move elsewhere. I feel sorry for the support staff as they must be taking so much aggro on behalf of the owners.
