The worst real estate agents ever
The worst real estate agents ever. I was a tenant with their rental team in Caroline Springs back in 2017. Our ongoing agent was Julie Fongsavanh and she was lovely. For all her inspections, the landlord was attending inspecting the standard of the property and was happy throughout. However once we decided to move out, things started spiraling especially when it came to bond. Julie was suddenly taken out of our property and this other agent Tanesha Richter started handling our moving out affairs. She was very hostile and constantly bullied us, making up so many unrealistic allegations regarding the standard of the property. According to her, all the wear and tear of the property were our problem. We were extremely mentally drained and this went for nearly 3 weeks. We then had to suddenly go overseas to attend to a sick family member, therefore we did not have time to go through this dispute over and over again. Hence we were compelled to let go the full bond. Once this was done, they stopped all the harassment and bullying. I think when it comes to moving out they are putting people like Tanesha Richter, who has this type of capability to bully and harass people, until they let go of the whole bond. Very disappointing.
