Excellent service, could not recommend enough
From start to finish, Andrew and his team at Intercounty Great Dunmow were a pleasure to deal with. Always available, responsive and helpful, Andrew helped us purchase a beautiful grade II listed property in October 2019. He was knowledgable about the area, owners and property. He went above and beyond in answering questions, offering advice and helping us source specialist surveyors and contractors prior to sale. He took an interest in helping both us and the owners broker a deal that worked for both parties. We also used Intercounty's Conveyancing Service, which was equally excellent. Andrew's work throughout the sale process, with our conveyancer, ultimately made for a timely and smooth sale.
