Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. They have no phone number or email to contact if you run into an issue—the only option is an online chat. Even then, they don’t provide a case number, so every time you reach out, you end up repeating the same problem to a different staff member. It’s frustrating, inefficient, and makes it very difficult to get anything resolved
