Great customer service experience

Had an issue with the initial setup and their technical support team was fantastic. They walked me through the configuration process and even followed up to make sure everything was working properly. The thermostat has been performing well for six months now. The energy savings are noticeable and the scheduling flexibility is exactly what I needed for our irregular work schedule.
